FOOD IS FUEL FOR OUR INSPIRATION
Welcome to the first international edition of Food Inspiration Magazine. Food Inspiration Magazine is the world’s first digital B2B food magazine. In 2009 we debuted with our first issue in the Netherlands and in 2011 we launched a Flemish/French edition in neighbouring Belgium. We are now proud to present our first international edition.
This year you will see us publish four issues of our magazine filled with video reports, photos, informative interviews and plenty of evidence of our fine nose for new trends and developments. We will travel from New York through London and on to Hong Kong, all the way sharing our discoveries with you. New and original food concepts, exciting menus, unique visions, great chefs; our obsession with the fascinating world of food does not stop at a national border.
Alongside our travels, we keep a concerned eye on our system of food production. How can we ensure the quality, diversity, sustainability and good taste of our food in a globalising world? How will we cope with the obesity epidemic? And is it possible to connect both city and countryside through food?
Our first issue focuses on the combination of technology and food. In these times of techno-optimism, we have to investigate the solutions to the food challenges of the 21st century that our world’s brilliant minds and smart companies are coming up with. Of course, we also offer you the very best in stunning food photography as well as the opportunity to savour exquisite dishes from top chefs from around the globe.
